Digital Subscription Service
QR.tn.tc is a digital subscription service. Due to the nature of digital products, our refund policy is as follows:
7-Day Trial Period
• All new users receive a 7-day free trial
• During the trial, you can test all premium features
• No payment is required during the trial period
• You can cancel at any time during the trial without any charge
Subscription Cancellation
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• Refunds are not provided for partial months of service
• Upon cancellation, your QR codes will redirect to a subscription page after the paid period ends
Refund Eligibility
We may provide refunds in the following circumstances:
• Technical issues that prevented you from using the service
• Duplicate charges or billing errors
• Requests made within 48 hours of the initial subscription (excluding trial conversions)
Refunds are not available for:
• Change of mind after the trial period
• Unused portions of a subscription
• Subscription periods that have already been used
How to Request a Refund

• Your account email address
• Reason for the refund request
• Any relevant transaction details
We will respond within 3-5 business days.
Payment Processor
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment disputes and chargebacks in accordance with their policies.
